The program “Search and connect innovative solutions to cope with the Covid-19 epidemic in Ho Chi Minh City in 2021 - HCMC Innovative Solution - COVID 2021 (HIS-COVID 2021) was quickly implemented by the Department of Science and Technology of Ho Chi Minh City and Effective in more than 1 month of activities: launching, receiving solutions, screening dossiers, setting up expert councils for appraisal, questioning, criticizing and giving suggestions for each project.
